Randy’s House of Bar-B-Que is an established Barbeque restaurant located in Maryville, Troy, and Highland Illinois. We are dedicated to providing excellent quality BBQ in a casual comfortable atmosphere.
Our Pork, Chicken, Ribs, and Beef Brisket are prepared just like in the old days in a “Pit” cooked over Hickory, Apple, and Wild Cherry wood. This is so you can taste as well as smell the flavors while enjoying your meal.
We do not hide or cover up the flavor of our
meat with sauce. That’s not the way to do it.
We think you should be able to enjoy the flavor
of the meat without sauce if that is the way
you like it. Or you can enjoy one of out award
winning sauces. At Randy's you can enjoy BBQ
the way that you want it, wet (sauced) or naked
(without sauce)
Whether you are looking for a place to take your family to dinner or if you would prefer to just stop by and pick it up, we have the grill fired up and ready to serve you.
We also can cater your function and in Highland we have a banquet room for up to 80 peopleyou.

"Your bar b que is the best around bar none. I drive to your Maryville diner 1 or 2 times a week, each time I come I rotate your meat menu. It's all good and your staff is always friendly.
